I suggest you re read the information about expected waiting times.
There is no time limit at all

These service standard timing just false hope for people and for mislead people.

As at the time of our application we submitted everything you can think of,then they asked for medical done.since then we waiting they did not asked for anything except on question and then told us they going to process our case.

Since then 4 months has passed no response even they don't answer you emails.so no option just wait and put up with their sorry laziness.

[QUOTE=maklaw;881250]We applied in April 2014 and submitted our pcc and other evidence at the time of our application. After that we submitted our medical when they asked to do it was in june 2014 since then we were waiting.

In December 2014 we got CO appointed we thought we going to have visa soon since then we were waiting, but no response from CO.we contacted them last friday over phone but operator told us that our CO on leave.

So we called them again today and Operator tried to connect our call to CO but no response or answer from CO.After so many try and on our insist operator told us that she spoke with our CO and our CO working on our case and CO will update us our case progress by next friday or friday..

Hope operator truthful about this just worried next month our medical going to expire our PCC had expired in march 2015 but CO didn't asked us to submit again.[ dont worry u will get visa soon. its on ur way . u are very near to get ur visa . ]

If your PCC has expired then i believe you will be asked to submit a new one.
Unless i am wrong i would be going through the process of getting another just to cover bases in case you are asked, then you wont have to wait as long.

Hi Everyone

Applied: For Partner Visa 309/100 On 23 Feburary 2015 New Delhi
Application Received by AHC: received email on March 09, 2015

After that I haven't received any update regards to application status from Australian High Commission and online tracker just says "your application is in process". Is this normal? And does all cases get Case officer assigned and how long does it take?

I submitted PCC and medical with all the documents.

Please let me know if you guys have any information on this.

Nic
