Hi Gm6

Hap ID information sheet says 309 Partner (Provisional)

I think that's what you were asking.

My referral letter with hap ID had BC 100 partner (permanent) while that of a friend of mine had 309 partner (provisional). And we filled and applied for the same visa. Partner. I cannot understand the difference between our applications.

Anybody can hammer it out more for us to understand.

Hassan

my hap id information sheet says visa type: Bc 100 (permanent). my relationship with my partner is over 3 years.

and its mentioned in the immigration site, if u have a genuine and continuing relationship for 3 or more years with ur partner then u could b eligible for permanent partner visa sub class 100.

I believe that could b the reason.
