I believe that could b the reason.
Dear gm6,

Our relationship was more than 4 years but married for 2 years with a child frome our relationship. My HAP ID was saying 100 but I was granted SC 309.

Good luck for ur application. Better your get a visa. 100 is the best and I wish you will be given.

Hassan

Hello everyone,

I applied PMV on June 2014 and waiting for CO to b assigned. 12 th month is on and as processing time is 12 month , m just waiting for visa to b granted .. but recently heard from someone that there is a cap on partner visa and that limit has been crossed so no visa until New Visa grant is allocated...

Is it true ? Is there any capping on no. Of visas .. do we hv to wait till July to hear from CO ??
This wait is just killing me and when I was so near .. this new thing came up :mad

Hi Mili

Family Stream
Partner category visas:

Partner (subclasses 309/100 and 820/801) visas cannot be capped.
Prospective Marriage (fiancÚ) (subclass 300) visas may be subject to capping.

I have mentioned the link to the information I mentioned above you can read the same information

this site is not letting me post the exact link just add www to the url

immi.gov.au/migrants/family/capping-and-queuing

Don't worry and don't be upset.. this cant happen.. Stay positive Gudluck

Cheers
