Why not get ahead of the game and get a new PCC and NOIM with new date anyway, that way if they ask for it you already have it or are in the process of receiving it.

since ur pcc has expired what do u recon they will ask a new one because to get a pcc, it takes 1-2 months.
call AHC and request the operator to confirm it from Co about the pcc.
at least you will have an idea to get a new one or the old one is fine.
Hi gm6,

My Indian PCC had expired and had to get a new one before my case officer approved my visa application.
I submitted my new PCC and less than a month later, my application was approved. Although my medical's validation date was increased by the case officer.
Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Kind Regards,
Becky

A new NOIM is not required because they are valid for 18 months. You may be requested to supply a letter from the celebrant with a new wedding date (this is what we had to do).

No worries
My NPC had expired too. But because I didn't travel to Australia before my partner visa was approved, my case officer requested me to submit only the Indian PCC.
Hope this helps. Good Luck!!

Kind Regards,
Becky
