Hi everyone.I hope everyone is doing well. I got assigned a case officer last month and his initials are HC. He/she asked for new Australian PCC(as my previous onshore PMV from Aus was rejected after 6 months of wait). So I submitted my new PCC from Aus as I am on visitor visa 600 at the moment.
But after that there is no contact by my CO.I called delhi office last week and operator said that my case is under process and I can email the case officer if I need to communicate.I tried hundreds of times to send e-mail but all the times it got failed to send. Its saying email bounces.

so what you people think about how much time would it take more to process my case. any suggestion will be appreciated as we all are in same queue.

gm6 thanks for reply..well in my case I type big mails everytime and when I send them I get a mail bouncer reply in my inbox saying that my e-mail couldn't sent at this time.I tried from my other email ids as well but same thing happened,,..I turned 35 this month and i couldn't fulfil any of my dream which i had them at the time of arrival in Australia 7 years ago..hmm
I also want to know one more thing as I have to pay off some money to mobile company and road authorities(RTA.NSW) so will they ask me to pay them off before they state any decision or they will ignore it..??
Don't know what to do coz I have not been working for more than a year now.My wife is on centrelink(which we need to pay our expenses).I am not allowed to work.I would have payed them off if I was working.
Badly stuck.

you don't have to worry about mobile bills and bank payments. but RTA, u have to pay them back as it comes under SDRO (state debt recovery office) which is a government body.
because when u have filled your application, its on form 47sp as well as on form 80, do you owe any money to Australian government???
make sure to pay them back as it can delay ur visa process because visa would only b granted when this has been paid off.

They would have to be pretty serious medical conditions to expedite the application. I have only seen one expedited and the sponsor had to undergo chemo in Australia (they were both living together offshore).
