I called my agent and she told me that she has send the new email. It wasnt even 1Mb, i think there might be sime other issue with e-mail sent to CO previously.Well hope for the best and see how it goes.

You will need an AFP clearence for the applicant if she has spent 12 months or over in the past 10 years. So if she is planning on staying in Australia on her visitor visa for 12 months, then yes she will need an AFP clearence.

Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Kind Regards,
Becky

I know it might disturb some members here as i am just asking about if immi can process my case bit faster than others because i have a baby.
Lets do it the other way,as i first applied onshore visa while i was in Aus but got refused in dec2013.right? and then i again had to apply from india last dec2014.so far its nearly 7 months, but if we look at my case then its nearly almost 2 years since i first apply my visa onshore. And we didnt planned baby to get my visa things easier to get but we already had planned before my onshore refusal.
I wouldnt be in rush but my wife had FABROIDS in her womb because of which my baby could be in danger but thank god she is all good but smaller in size as compared to normal baby(but catching up now).My wife is not able to start work now.
Guys please dont take me totally wrong as i am 35 years old now and i cannt tell you guys how hard it is to stay free all the time and live a life like this(having almost no money). All my mates are settled now and i am still sitting home waiting for visa.
I am not imotionally blackmailing anyone but just want to get rid of my hardest part of life(7 years since i first came as student and pushed trollies, cleaning jobs etc etc).
So what you guys suggest should i request immi to process my case faster.? I think if i was your real brother then provably yes.because you wouldnt feed your 35 year old,dad of a new born baby brother.
Well i dont know why i am writing this in this forum,i shouldn't be doing this or should i be.I dont know.I am just doing it.
Just take it easy.Dont take it on heart.I am cool.

I totally understand your pain and suffering, why you asking people their opinion on this if you have got good reason to tell IMMI why would they prioritize your case then all by means go ahead and tell your story and wait for their response.

We got nearly 2 year old daughter and waiting for my wife and daughters visa from last 14 months so no complain.we choose to apply late and waiting even though people applied later then us and then got approvals. so best of luck to you bro.

My fiance got a call from CO .she was really arrogant and rude and was asking silly questions.. then got a mail from CO asking New PCC as my previous one is expired , Form 80 and relationship history.
Ppl who waiting for CO or already got the CO, I suggest to submit all these in advance to save the time.
One more thing my fiance asked ,how far is visa decision now and she said that no more visas in June as they have reached the capping so probably will send for decision in July
no idea how long have to wait more ..
