Hi,
Any update or advice on my following queries plz.

Hi,

While submitting my papers for spouse visa. I could not understand three points

1) financial aspects of couples. Evidence - Although I have a joint account with my husband. He hasn't deposited any amount in the bank. It's my father in law who has and few transactions done by me. Plz confirm is it necessary to show some deposits done by my husband in joint account. Just to mention I am a house wife

2) visa status in country of residence - what does this mean and what needs to be submitted.

3) evidence of phone calls, chats etc. - I submitted this in the month of Nov. Should I add some more chats and call records done post Nov. to the file as a proof of continuous relationship.

Please advice

Regards Neha

Financial aspects it can be money transfers from your husband to you or from you to your husband, paying household bills together.

Best we provided to Immi was western union money transfer receipts.

Visa Status for you is citizen of india and visa status of you husband in Aus.

Keep all communication history safe, may be your CO ask for it on later stage.
if you using Skype chat make sure you save time to time if you using computer and something gone wrong with computer all chat history will wipe out so save and transfer to your email...basically save every bit of thing you think might useful to demonstrate your genuine relationship.
