I am not sure however I think you cant have a medical done without your HAP id .and you can only visit the panel of clinics and doctors listed on there website.

if your relationship is over 2 years with a dependent child or over 3 years, then u could be eligible for permanent partner visa subclass 100. but it depends on the discretion of the CO. you cant straight away apply for subclass 100. it will have to be subclass 309.

however if the AHC is satisfied that your relationship is genuine and is over 3 years or over 2 years with a dependent child, then you would be granted a permanent partner visa.

good luck to you
Hi

Thanks for your reply and guidance.
I was able to get the HAP ID from AHC and got the medical done just this morning.
Regarding getting PR instead of spouse Visa if the relationship is more than 3 years old, is it something that we will have to mention to CO to consider?

Also can someone advise what is the normal time frame to get CO assigned, is it different for online application compared to paper based?

I applied for my wife's partner visa on 13 Dec, 14 but still haven't got the CO assigned.

any guidance would be really helpful.

Thanks is advance

u must have already mentioned in ur application about the duration of ur relationship. (form 47sp, 40sp). and also in your statutory declaration.

Hi
thanks for your help.

When you say stat dec.. is that statement of relationship you are talking about.
Because the online portal doesn't show any of that in the required document.

Thanks again for your help

statement of relation can be written on normal paper. for stat dec there is a form available with the format, which has to be certified by a jp or by a stated authority.
mine is a paper application so im not sure about online applications.
