Thanks for your help and guidance.

I went to the immigration site and it states

'You must provide documents to prove that your relationship is genuine and continuing. If statements are provided, they can be written statements or statutory declarations. They must be signed and dated by the authors. A statutory declaration must also be signed by two witnesses. You can attach supporting documents to your online application in ImmiAccount'

I had a look at the standard stat dec form and it has got spot only for one witness, is there a customised one for statement of relationship?

Thanks again for the help everyone

write an email to AHC describing the changes in the passport. mention name, your old passport no, date of birth, your application id and file no. then you can request them to update the info.
call AHC after 5-7 working days to make sure and confirm that ur info has been updated.

well HC seems a cool guy. He doesn't seems rude while asking questions. He just asked me why i and my wife didn't went to India for marriage. Why my parents didn't visited Australia on my marriage. And also he asked my wife that when did i came to Aus on visitor visa, when i am hgoing back,do you have a baby(even it happened to be very tricky question coz i am visiting Australia to see my new born baby)but still he was very good in asking all the questions.
At the end i just asked him weather he would like to gimme the decision now, then he said that because i am in Australia at the moment so i might need to go offshore and added he cannt do anything before 1July.After that no contact yet.
Just waiting for his kind reply.I know god is watching everything and will fix everything up for all of you guys including me.
I wish all of my fellow mates good luck as it is really very breath taking procedure seriously.hopefully i will get good decision before i get more anxiety..
god bless you guys.

Hey guys latest update in our case.last month our CO asked for PCC from applicant and sponsor which we submitted along with one form 1229.It was 17th of June since then nothing we were thinking that might visa grant near.

Anyways after waiting and waiting yesterday we wrote an email to our CO about our case progress but we got an automated reply email that our CO no longer working on our case and there is another new CO appointed for our case.

Now 15 month started since we filled our application.Very confused and frustrated with this waiting game.

Anyone could please tell us what to do and who to speak about this all visa saga??

Thanks in advance

wow 15 months, that's way too over the sated time limit. did u try calling AHC n asking so as to what's happening with your case. or have you applied for child migration becoz for that the indicative time is 14 months.
I would suggest you, call AHC and request the operator to transfer the call to your CO, if you talk to him/her, may be you will have a rough idea about what's taking the process so long.
