Please help - What are the chances of me getting approved?

Hi there, I am 18 years old and currently on a holiday working visa visa which ends in July.

For the last 9 months i have been working as a marketing representtive for solar power which involves me gaining leads and generating inome for companies.

I changed companies recently where i have been doing really well generating the most leads, most sales and generating the most revenue for the company more than any other worker in the company.

My boss has told me he really wants me to stay and wants to look into sponsoring me as i am helping the company move forward and would be willing to pay me the market salary.

I was just wondering what my chances are of being appoved by immigration as i am worried as i am only 18 whether or not i will have enough experience??? I studied psychology, maths and accounting at A level in the UK which is 2 years after high school. I am also wondering whether they would take performane ratings into account as well???

Please an anyone tell me what they reckon what my chances are as i would be heartbroken if i got refused and will look into student visas if my chances are slim.

Many Thanks
Kelly =]

If you have been successful already in getting a 457 visa, that is probably what you need to consider staying with, getting a longer term visa so you can get two years on a visa and at least the last twelve months with a single employer who is prepared and eligible to sponsor you on a PR visa.
