It is my understanding that the evidence is an "at time of application" requirement as well.

I don't know if this helps at all but Mark Northam wrote this thread about being able to register a relationship after lodging the application and it would still count as a waiver of the 12 months as long as it's submitted before a decision is made but I have no idea if this would go for marriage also.

The thread is here:

I recently reduced my hours at work - same job I have held for 10+ years. Do I need to notify of the change of hours for a 309/100 visa?

No, work hours and jobs are irrelevant for partner visas.

Congrats! Amazing you have until next year to get everything together to go.
Curious about when you submit your 100 app. Was it at the same rate as the 309?

Medicals and Police check I'll be doing in either a few months or when they request it.
Haven't heard anything yet, but I know it'll take a bit.

Does anyone know if my partner should do a police check already? I heard the sponsorship will be approved first.

So far we've uploaded everything needed (and maybe even unneeded) apart from the medicals and police check. I've seen the processing times, so I can only hope for the best.

I'm from the Netherlands and visiting my partner in February for a month.

But they expire after a year. I can't risk wasting money on it if I have to get them done AGAIN. We haven't gottten an email yet, or anything at all. But we will be getting them all done in February (which is when I visit him).

Just sharing our good news on here:
Applied May 27th through London High Commission. Granted September 25th (straight to 100) with first entry no later than 11th July 2018. Such a relief and now we can finally start making some concrete plans.

Good fortune to everyone else waiting.
