i have been married with my wife for 5 years. And i have 1 daughter 4years old. I do have share bill account but i dont have joint bank account. I think there is no priority for someone who got complicated cases or not, have a baby or not. everyone is the same.
Have u got assign by CO?
If yes, why they didnt ask u for police check?

I understand.. thanks Budisalim

One left only medcheck so two months after my lodgement a CO emailed me.
I emailed back to check few weeks after submit it and they said at this stage no outstanding document requested for my application.

Till now no email from them. Maybe that's why it makes me curious since no update n no contact.

I'm looking forward to hear good news from you soon

Cheers

No CO or anything as of yet. Not sure what office mine would have gone to as I'm Canadian living in Japan? The waiting is killer though, always wondering when a CO will be assigned, etc. Forever wondering if I should/what else I could even upload for more evidence just to be safe...
We want to go back to Australia in May of next year so staying hopeful
Might be through the Seoul office since that's what the embassy website states. My partner and I debated applying in Japan (and nearly did) but in the end we held off and I applied after we left. Also, we really didn't want to translate any more documents than we had to

Hi all,
I'm planning to submit my application for 309/100 partner visa, but before i do so could anyone please help me out in regards to what documents I have to provide,
ie for the applicant and sponsor, I want to minimize my chance of any mistakes in the application
PS.
My partner is an Australian citizen and we are living overseas toghther (2 years) my concern is that he isn't employed at the moment would that be a problem when applying for the partner visa

Thanks.
