We got granted with visa yesterday too!

I still cannot believe, I did not expected it for at list half a year!
And we got it in 6 weeks!

We did all by ourselves. Applied online from Kazakhstan, Central Asia, were processed by the London Office

Hi all, I have a question regarding the police checks. I lived in London for over 12 months and left in 2010. I have an old UK police check from 2014 which I used for my last US E3 visa. As the sponsor, do I need to apply for a fresh UK police check, or can I use the one I have already? As I haven't lived in the UK since 2010, the 2014 police check is obviously up to date.

Thanks!

Danny

Police checks are only valid for 12 months for immigration purposes.

Also, we have lived in Hong Kong too. Does anyone know how we get the referral letter to send to the Hong Kong police so they can do the record check?

I just had a quick look online at this link here

Looks like a long list of steps. I would suggest getting on top of that sooner rather than later to avoid any delays.
