Hello Everyone

Hope everyone's doing well.

Just a quick question for all those who have been granted Visa 309.

I lodged my application in August first week and was asked to provide additional information somewhere in October. I came to Australia in March 2018 on a visitor visa and was asked to submit a new Police clearance certificate 2 weeks back for my home country, which i did yesterday.
My question now is that i am here with my husband. Will me or husband get a call or visit from immigration for interview before finalising our stage 1 visa or does it take place in 2nd stage?

Thank you !!

Not sure how it would even be possible to be automatic.

You have to do it.

If you are on a offshore visa application you will need to advise them you are here and provide an up to date email,so they can advise you when you must leave Australia so they can issue your visa. Remember check your emails at least twice a day

Hi All.

I recently lodged the visa for my partner and I (she is UK citizen, but NZ Perm Resident, so we lodged in NZ), and she instantly received request for health assessment and bio-metrics assessment. It seemed automated - did anyone else experience this?

Cheers.
