Waiting4visa. I thought that having an agent would make the process much faster. All we can do now is wait...... did you also receive the "application in progress" in your email??

Applied via a migration agent based in Australia as I am in Australia and my partner is overseas.

Hi everyone! We're joining the waiting room having applied for 309/100 for my husband in June 2018. I'm an Aussie citizen living in America with my husband and 1.5 kiddos. Can't wait to get him PR so we can relocate back home to Oz! (We already got dual citizenship for the kiddo. So easy and cheap compared to hubby's PR!)

We were originally hoping to move next July, but I'm guessing it may be later than that due to processing times. Pretty sure there's no quicker processing time for us even though we've been married over 5 years, right? We just have to wait like everyone else despite 5 years of joint bank accounts and jointly filed tax returns? Right now we're settling in for the long wait!

Best of luck for everyone with your applications!

Nope. They don't prioritize apps based on length of relationship or children. You're better off waiting in the offshore DC thread as that'll give you a better idea of timelines.
