Does anyone have similar application date and have you heard anything?

It's been 6 months since I logged my application and have heard nothing.
Hi Elliot

I applied 06 Jun 2018 from Ontario Canada as well, not as far back as you but things seem to be progressing though. Did my Health exam last week and status of that changed to

"Health clearance provided – no action required "All health examinations required for the specified visa subclass have been finalised. Processing of this person's visa application can now continue. This will not occur until a case officer investigates the case in line with published processing times for the visa that has been applied for. Do not contact the department about health examinations in the meantime."

Not sure when i'll hear back next.[/QUOTE]

Hi All!

We applied for the 309/100 visa on March 23, off-shore from Canada. I did receive a request for the health assessment, which I did right away. I have not had any other correspondence from a CO. When I submitted my application, the processing time was 10-12 months. It is now 21-26 months. It changes monthly, so I am not sure what the actual processing time will be. Did anyone apply around the same time and experience anything different?

Applied June 18

Hi everyone,

we applied for the 309/100 visa in June 18, off-shore from Austria.
Front loaded police checks but cancelled our appointment for the health assessment as processing times jumped up to over 21 months.
No communication as of yet.

I anyone else from Europe here and/or knows if it makes a difference where from you apply in terms of processing times?

Hopes are still up

Hi all,

We applied for 309/100 from Germany last month. We decided to front load our application with police clearances and health assessment as we had heard good things about the processing times from the Berlin office. Unfortunately our medical was already done by the time we saw the change in global processing times. Hopefully it works out.

I haven't heard anything about grants from Berlin for a long time though. Fingers crossed.

Wondering if anyone has any info on the time frames the dept give when you are on shore and need to leave to have the visa granted (eg. Applied offshore for 309, go to Aus on the visitor visa and wait for the heads up that it is going to be granted).

Has anyone had this happen and what did that experience look like for you?

We submitted January 20th, 2018 for 309/100 and are still waiting (offshore, from Canada). No request for medical though we were going to do them anyway this month until the processing time blow out.

I happened to find out that Canadian visa requests are now processed in Australia. That might have led to some quick processing of "complete" applications in December/January before the shift.

Mine was submitted later than both of yours and was granted from Ottawa. Not entirely sure that’s accurate.

Hi everyone! I need an advice 🙏🏻

My husband used to have a resident visa in UAE and I applied for my Partner visa from UAE as well. Now he moved back to Australia. Do I need to inform through the Change of circumstances 1022 or 929, that my husband’s residential address has changed or it’s not applicable in this case ?All those forms are more relevant to my circumstances not my sponsor

Smile

Hello all,

Applied FEB 4th 2018.

Any approvals yet for applicants from February????

I feel like we should be getting close based on other applicants approvals from a little further back.

So ready to pack up and go!
