It was requested by CO and relayed to us by our agent. We have provided all necessary docs to our agent even birth certificate for my daughter but they want this from the main source(PSA) and straight to them(immigration/embassy) must be requested online.
We now have access to our immi account(just 3days)
Thank for your reply

If you have it already then naturally you should definitely upload. My understanding was that you did not make the request to obtain them, if that is the case then proceed with that if they have been requested

Oh golly Oscar315. That’s amazing news for you. Also pretty exciting here as we also lodged ours on May 8th. We aren’t getting our hopes up as we know there is a lot of randomness involved but good to see them moving through applications. When do you leave?

Thank you! We are going in just over a week. We had a 600 visa but fortunately won't have to use that now.

Congratulations! Can I just ask how long your 600 visa was going to be for and what reasons did you give for wanting it (knowing that you had a 309 application processing)? Thanks

600 visa was for 12 months. Reason was to be together while waiting for the 309 to be processed. It was granted in 48 hours.

We have just received the amazing email from our migration agent. Last night whilst we were sleeping I was granted the 309 and then half an hour later the 100. This was them followed up with visas granted for our 3 kids.
I am British, my husband is an eligible NZ citizen. We have been married 13 years. Kids are dual citizens of UK and NZ.
We applied At the beginning of May and had everything in the application except medical that were done a few weeks later. Heard nothing else until today.
Already booked flights for December 8th. I had an evisitor visa for 3 months that cost less than 20.
Slightly in shock but so so blooming pleased. Clearly they are finally going through the piles of waiting visas!
Good luck to everyone else waiting.
