Hey guys, just found this forum and looks like a great idea to keep yourself sane during the waiting process! I'm Australian and my partner is french

Applied from France and residing here for the remainder of 2019
Submitted using Immigration Lawyers in Brisbane
Submitted the application - Nov 2, 2018

Anyone know much information about submissions through France? Do they get processed in London? Berlin?

Thanks

I heard Dubai office is no longer process residential visas.
Yes Beirut office and they are a bit slow and have different process.

Evidence

Hey people!
I have a few questions, that I cant seem to figure out on my own. I am currently in the 2nd stage of the application and am doing the online application for the 309.

I did the first application by paper so I am a little confused.

1.) Do I have to fill out/ put a file in every bit like for example, there is proof of marriage, but I am not married. Or change of name. Do I just leave that empty?

2.) Do I need another German Police Check even though I havent been there since I came to Australia and have provided it during the first stage?

3.) Is there some kind of check list with the real necessary documents?

4.) Do I need to do Form 80, even though I have done that in the first stage?

5.) Do I need to do Form 888?

Thank you so much for helping me. Sorry if the questions have been asked a lot or they seem obvious, but I didnt really find any answers anywhere.

Thanks again...

You'd be doing the Stage 2 online form, not the 309 one if you already hold the 309 grant and it's been two years since you applied for the 309/100.

1. No.
2. No.
3. Yes.
4. No.
5. Yes, minimum two new witness statements are needed.
