Everything uploaded upfront
Still no CO no nothing at all.
Married over 2 years and have 2 kids .
Dec 2018 and January 2019 sc309 Applications, that have been granted:
Applied 15/12/18 from Fiji. Granted on 22/05/19 after 5.2 months
Applied 16/12/18 from Germany. *** Granted on 31/05/19 after 5.5 months
Applied 24/12/18 from Nepal. Granted on 11/04/19 after 3.6 months
Applied 31/12/18 from Hong Kong. Granted on 22/05/19 after 4.7 months
Applied 15/01/19 from India. Granted on 16/04/19 after 3 months
Applied 26/01/19 from Greece. Granted on 27/05/19 after 4 months
All the above are in the 75% processed in under 13 months group.

*** The one from Germany went Direct to sc100 due to long relationship at time of application.
Sounds like yours might be a similar situation?

If everything was uploaded correctly and complete, you probably won't get a case officer. First contact may be the grant, as happens for many.

Contact from a CO is normally only when something extra is needed.

Smile travel dates

Hi everyone and congrats to all whose visa granted.
I just have one question regarding the travel documents. I have been waiting 12 months since visa 100 application submitted. My eligible date was in May 2018. In this one year, we have not been travel out of Aus much. Coming up we are planning to fly to Brisbane but we cant have the same flight time because of our work schedule. Hence, we will only have one return flight together. But the departure dates are 1 day difference. Would you think that weakens our application? Would it worth pushing my company for the same day off as my partner? Happy to hear your opinions. Many thanks

Some countries have a higher rejection rate than others, and some countries also seem to have longer processing times due to various security checks etc.

Not everyone gets the grant.
From a Freedom of Information report:
16,361 partner visa applications were refused in 2015-16.
13,170 partner visa applications were refused in 2016-17.

Just a quick one if anyone can help- all evidence gathered, form filled in etc ready to send tomorrow. Three-year-old son's Australian Citizenship however has been submitted almost a month and I really wanted it to be completed beforehand so I could start on his passport. Will it affect my application if I declare he is an Australian citizen on my family unit page?
