Thank you if anyone can help i hope my question is in the right spot 😊
An onshore application, as mentioned, does have the benefit of being able to work quickly, assuming you can enter on another visa that allows applying for another visa.

My only concern is that once applied offshore, for some reason I wonít be able to get into australia and use my working holiday, even though i cannot find anything that goes against doing so on the gov website 🙂
My friend applied for an offshore partner visa then came to AU on her W&HV while awaiting a decision on the partner visa. Once they were ready to make a decision, they emailed her telling her to leave the country for finalization.

Hi everyone,

Has anyone’s last updated date changed to 29 June 2019? Just noticed this now but we have not had contact from a CO for further info and we have not made any updates so wondering what it could be. Status still further assessment.

Hi All,

I just hit 9 months since I lodged my Partner Visa application offshore ... I was wondering, when my visa is finally granted, how long do I have before I have to enter Australia on the visa? Am I correct in assuming I enter Australia and activate the visa, but can leave again to prepare for our actual move to Australia? If so, how long do I have before I have to make my final move?

Thanks for the help ...
