Hello JandE have seen lots of stats like this posted by you.. I was wondering if you have a link or info for PMV 300 processed through Ottawa, CA(latin or Central American if possible). I know it's asking lots, just the stats from Ottawa for the 300 would be great. I normally see for 309 but it's not the same. Thanks in advance.

These are the only 300's that I have seen, in May, June and July:
01/05/19 300 Finalised after 3.6 months, from Russia
06/05/19 300 Finalised after 6.3 months, from Romania
28/05/19 300 Finalised after 2.2 months, from Sweden
18/06/19 300 Finalised after 12.3 months, from China
20/06/19 300 Finalised after 16.1 months, from Pakistan
02/07/19 300 Finalised after 18.5 months, from Philippines
09/07/19 300 Finalised after 10.6 months, from Vietnam
12/07/19 300 Finalised after 11.1 months, from USA
16/07/19 300 Finalised after 13 months, from Zimbabwe
16/07/19 300 Finalised after 5.9 months, from Barbados
18/07/19 300 Finalised after 18.4 months, from India
31/07/19 300 Finalised after 5.5 months, from USA

I haven't even seen any 300 applications for Canada/Canadians, but I don't see everything, just those that are easy to find, when I have time.

Thank you JandE this is also very helpful, I know Canada is one of the "fastest". I'm just worried because I had a RFI in June and I'm 6.5 months on the waiting now and haven't heard anything after that, so just doing research. Tha k you so much again.

Arrow Requirement to Fill Form 40Sp online in Immi Account

Dear Members,
Please advise me is it necessary to Use "Sponsor a family member" Option (40Sp) in Immi account or uploading Form 40Sp in the attach documents section is enough. I applied my Partner's 309 through my Immi account and front loaded everything including a filled and signed form 40sp.
Regards,
DOL: 14-Jan-2019 (uploaded PCC and Medicals)
No contact so far.
Status: Further Assessment

The paper base application is not acceptable anymore. You have to do the online 40sp. Someone recently posted something relating to this. About sending a paper form 40sp and was adviced by immi to be unacceptable. I will advice u do the online 40sp as soon possible rather than wait for immi to request for it

Hi, can someone clarify this for me... my husband (applicant) received an email from the Department saying that the 40sp form that we attached to his documents was not ok and basically the instructions are to apply for a family-sponsor application that links to the primary applicantion through the TRN. But I've (sponsor) already completed this application using his immi account and relevant TRN... and it says 'submitted'.. What are they asking of us? It doesn't make sense to me. 🤔

Thank You for guiding me. I have filled the online 40sp. I have another quick Question. I was living in Melbourne when i applied for my partner's visa. then we could not live apart and i decided to move to UAE to live with my partner until decision is made on our application. I informed the dept using update details section of application that currently i am in UAE. Please guide me is there any other requirement to be fulfilled in this regard?
