Police Check more than a year old, but haven't been to that country since

I left London Aug 2016.

In Nov 2017, got a Police Clearance Certificate from the ACRO Criminal Records Office in the UK.

I haven't been to the UK after I left in Aug 2016.

Can I still use this PCC in my Partner visa application? Or is it considered expired?

PCC expires in one year. Better to get a new PCC for a new application. However, you may submit what you have and wait for the CO to request new PCC. Also, you can submit the application without PCC.

So we'll upload the one we have now from Nov 2017 & only get a new one if asked by the CO.

It is your choice. Also, you can submit the application without PCC and wait for the CO to contact.

Thank you.
In the "Attach documents" section, there's a button at the bottom saying "I confirm I have provided information as requested".
Is uploading more documents possible after clicking this button?
Yes but we didn't know this at the time so we only hit the confirm button after we had submitted everything. We can now still attach documents but the confirm button is greyed out.
The only documents we plan to attach further are social and travel related.. unless of course if they ask for something else.
Did you get a RFI before that confirm button was visible for you? Because I can’t even find it..

I asked that same question at some point and found it confusing. It appears after an RFI and is the way to submit the requested information to the CO.

Nope, no RFI or contact whatsoever..
In saying that, the application was submitted in Feb and we only got our act together and uploaded all documents by Aug (incl PCC). Meds and Biometrics were done in Feb itself...

The button is in the "Attach Documents" section, easier to find if you collapse everything under the Applicant and Sponsor's sections...

Weird because it was there for me without being asked..

Also my status said "Initial Assessment" prior to having clicked the Confirm button and it changed to "Further Assessment" a day later..

Apparently nothing to get excited about because people online have had it say Further Assessment for months before any contact..

So the waiting game continues...
