Thanks!

Don't know what could be the best way but I would've done this way...
Open that email (Full body showing sender, receiver, subject and body) screen shot whole screen and resize properly.
then drag them one by one (dates wise) into a microsoft word document. make it like little half page and then underneath you can write description about the email like what you are talking about her.
I did this this way with my pictures telling date of picture, people in picture and what was the occasion etc

I did screenshots with my whatapp, they sent me an s56 saying they want the complete chat and not screenshots

So if they request he send the complete emails, then screenshot.wont be advisable. You can do that with pictures taken at certain occassions but for communication i believe they want the full thing, from what i have read on this forum so far including my s56

One thing is sure, its all depends upon case officer. I provided them screenshots of whatsapp only and there was no issue and I think when you will create PDF document of all the emails (Full body capturing sender, time, date etc) its shouldn’t be a issue.

Hi everyone,
I am new here. Applied for 309 17/10/19 And received an email from vfs global Ankara on 23/12/19 stating that our 309 application has been dispatched to the high commission of the Australian Embassy for processing. Has anyone else received an email like this? What does it mean? Does this mean we now have a case officer? How do we know when we get a case officer? TIA

You will not know that one of a few case officers will have looked at your application until you either get the grant or you get a request for missing information.

Many applications are processed by a few different case officers during the process.

Question

Hi All,

I will just give a brief history of my wife's visa. I am an Australian PR and had only spent 3 months in the country before i moved to New Zealand and last December planned to return to Australia with my company transfer before the travel conditions of my PR Expire [ 2019 May is the last entry date ]. I had applied for a visitor visa for my wife and it was rejected citing the reason 'the applicants partner is a permanent resident and so refused based on the criteria that there is little incentive for the applicant to return to their country of residence'.Also to be noted i was outside of Australia when we applied for the initial visitor visa.

We then applied for the Partner visa in May 2019 and is still in the queue and subsequently after my India trip had applied for a sponsored visitor visa and she was granted only 3 months Single entry visa.

She is leaving in a week to India and we are thinking of applying another visitor visa for her to stay with me till her Partner Visa application is processed is it fine if we apply for Visitor Visa on the tourist stream as that is what i believe will provide her with multiple entry visa and a long term stay with me.

Query -> Can my wife apply for Visitor Visa Tourist stream..
-> Wife's Medical has expired but no option to update or do
another any idea on this

Points -> I am an Australian PR on RRV now with a full time Job
-> My Wife is currently unemployed and awaiting her Partner visa [ in 'Q'for almost 8 months ]
-> My Wife's current Sponsored visa is about to expire on 10th of January and it was granted
only for 3 months.
-> Can we apply in Tourist stream to spend more time with me till our partner visa gets
processed and is there any cooling period or restriction between visitor visa applications.

Thanks,
Kartheesh

Hi Kartheesh

I have gone through a similar situation, however i got a multiple entry...have reapplied for a visitor visa since June 2019...but didint get it till date.

They asked me to go out of the country for them to finalise the outcome of the tourist visa, so i am going outside mid jan till mid feb. Will tell u about the outcome

I have applied for my 309 may 2019 too....no sign of CO. Dont worry be positive...we will all get it

So i suggest that you do apply for a visitor visa however mention that she applied for a 309 and needs to be with her husband on a family stream..that's what i did.
