Just to be clear did you apply for the partner visa 309 on defacto grounds? If yes then no massive impact just more evidence.
If the 300 as you put (prospective marriage visa) then you need to do a bit more including a lot more evidence

If i were you, i would go ahead and do the medicals and pcc and get those documents translated asap without waiting to be asked for else you only delay your processing time.

Its always best to submit everything as soon as possible. I won't wait for them to ask to update, it causes delays in processing.
did this email come as request for for information? it could be a generic one then, where they ask you to submit few things that they can check they you have not attached. at least one thing is sure (I think) that they have started looking into your file.

I will guess that you applied in January 2019, and you have received the 12 month auto email.
I saw another who recently got the 2nd of those, 24 months after applying.

I can't be sure but I wonder if some case officers process the applications that are complete, first. And put the others to one side, either waiting for them to be completed, or for another case officer to deal with it by sending out reminders for the remaining documents, etc.

You say you have some documents not yet translated. They may wait for the right ones before actioning anything else.

People, including case officers, often tend to do the easy jobs first.

If you load everything then there is no need for a RFI.
not getting a RFI isn't automatically a bad thing

RFI delays process. Not getting one after your frontloaded everything is good.

I believe you will get both the 309 and 100 same time. Hang in there a little
