Lived in the same apartment for 23 month,

Now I'm in india as my student visa was refused , the appeal was unsuccessful too,

I have just applied for 309 , ( I'm sure it should be in Delhi, as i hold Indian passport)

Plenty of photos with friends/families

Joint bank account

Hotel bookings

Joint travels together

Joint plenty of activities together everything together after being defacto couple,

Been dating nearly 4.5 years now but defacto 6 months,

My question is my student visa/appeal was refused on the bases of genuine temporary criteria

Will it implact my 309 case?

I'm in legitimate full flash relationship with my partner

Please advis
I will really appreciate it

Cheers

In that case then, I would expect that I may get a RFI at some point as been waiting 8 months (london lodgement) and front loaded everything with heaps of evidence.
