Hey JandE

so sorry for what am about to say but you are such a negative person in this forum. While i appreciate the numbers and figures that you post all the time, but this doesn't give you any right to give us all the negativity and pessimism that you keep posting. People who come to this forums are humans not robots, specially partner visa applicants and mostly they are looking for a word of hope. A small little word can give hope and a smaller word could cause devastation. You undoubtedly don't need to shade some hope if that isn't what you like but please don't share the negativity too. I also agree with the above poster that you should mention in every comment that you are not registered agent rather than answering the people's queries when giving them the wrong feeling that you are a registered agent or lawyer.

you need to review your posts and you will get to know how much negativity you are giving to the people. I personally read many of your comments and felt you are such a negative bloke, especially in many cases you arguments are only based on personal feelings!

You prefer a petition with errors that Peter Dutton can shut down relatively easily.

I would rather support one that is accurate and cannot be disregarded due to its errors.

JandE is such a negative person, you think it’s easy for anyone to be separated from their partners? Shove your negativity down your throat, nobody asked for your opinion...

LOL mohyou4! Thank you, JandE had to be called out. He is clearly scoring pretty high on the sociopath spectrum. Nauseating attention seeking behavior, that's all. I don't know why he is even lurking around here in our waiting room if that post was from 2015? #stalker

Both granted in June and applied in July/August 2019.

Another took just 3 months, but had also applied for a Covid exemption which may have sped up the grant.

The average time in Nov 2019 to Jan 2020, before COVID, was about 9 or 10 months, (between 6 and 11 months from the 16 that I saw) from the UK.

Hi, this is great news, however my husband and I applied in July 2019 from Belgium (processed through the UK office) and still havenít heard anything!

Weíve provided 1 missing document they asked for in Feb 2020, but still nothing. Would there be any reason for some to be processed faster than others in the same office?

Iím 4.5 months pregnant and desperately want to get home with my Belgian husband to Australia to be with my family before the baby is born.

If you click on JandE's timeline link you will see that they have NEVER applied for a 309/100 and are currently at Citizenship stage. They have no context whatsoever of our situation, especially during COVID and has been living in Australia with their spouse since 2016 including multiple visitor visas prior.

This thread is the Offshore Partner Visa 309/100 Waiting Room.

I hereby declare their opinions on this thread to be completely irrelevant.

Mate he never applied for 309 and his intial application was pmv 300 when he used to cry and complain that the delayed processing is Hell for applicants but now he forgot it. He also has a couple of old hopless fellas barking with him in every thread. He says anything and they bark"yep, yep, yep, woof woof, yep yep". One of them was claiming the borders will open in 2024🤣😂😂🤣. I am not really sure if those people lost their brains while waiting for their visas or what exactly happened but i am glad we called him out today.#stalker

Why does he like bringing down 309s?!!
Sometimes, it's good to be supportive and encouraging especially if you have passed through the system. Be relevant in positivity.

Must be really challenging. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy. Hope you receive some good news.
Many other couples like you are seeking government attention and action on the processing. There's a petition to that effect. Kindly sign and share with friends and family.
