While it's not an issue for this case just FYI it is 2 years from date of the 309/100, 820/801 lodgement.
Not from initial 309, 820 grant

Hey guys,

Did anyone receive RFI or Grant for Subclass 100 any time recently from QLD Processing office? We applied for 100 after 2 years from 309 in Aug 2020 and it's completely quiet since then. No contacts from CO. Not sure how to get the application moving...

Hi All,

I have applied for a partner visa for my wife on 09 may 2019, we had a RFI in November 2020 for Police Clearance which we have submitted and we are still awaiting the response. She is on a visitor visa here and it expires on 21 feb 2021 but the thing is she is pregnant and her due date is 17th feb 2021 is there any option of a bridging visa for us to apply as we wouldn't be able to travel immediately after birth.

I had a friend of mine who got their Bridging Visa A based on her 309 as her Visitor Visa got expired but then mine was rejected last week citing 309 is not eligible for a bridging visa. I am bit confused and with so much financial difficulties it would be tough for a new visa as its expensive as well. Strangely though got our Medicare card renewed till Feb 2022 without applying for the extension.

Please suggest me for some options as we are running out of time.

Thanks,
Kartheesh

Also to add in is there any updates on the government talking about the temporary change in the Visa condition for the applicant to be offshore when the visa is granted. Last heard that would happen in early 2021 we are now a month into 2021
