Strangely though got our Medicare card renewed till Feb 2022 without applying for the extension.

Please suggest me for some options as we are running out of time.

Hi Kartheesh, i'm not sure why it was rejected as i applied for my mum's bridging visa who was in a similar position and it was granted in 2 days.
When applying for the bridging visa, i did send them a brief letter describing her circumstances. I mentioned her old age and the fact that her entire family is in australia and she cannot travel due to Covid.

Yea mate that's the strange thing, I did explain them that she is pregnant and cant travel as its covid even submitted the doctor certificate not sure what more should i do:(

That's quite sad and unfortunate. I think given your circumstances, it would be best to hire an immigration lawyer/agent.

Don’t send them email go in person if you are in Sydney go to Lee st and talk to them face to face I’m sure like this they will give you more option.

Sure mate will write to him with all the proofs and will do to my local MP as well hopefully they can get something sorted for me

Yea that's a good option too in person is always better will try get an appointment with them in parallel.

Hi guys, I just finished lodging my application, and am a little bit confused.

Were you guys able to attach documents before the submission?
ImmiAccount did not prompt me to attach required documents, so I only started attaching now after the payment was processes.

Also, I thought there was a 60 file cap but there seems to be 100. Did they change the cap?

Also, ImmiAccount says to attach required documents first, and then attach recommended ones. Where does it say the required documents because I can only see a list of recommended files to attach?

So sorry for all these questions but this is really getting me confused and worried.

We didn’t have any required documents either only recommended, I started to attach documents straight away. Hoping for the best. 🤞
