I simply don't know. I thought I'd be informed that a CO has been assigned as there are a number of people mentioning it on previous posts.

It is just weird seeing no updates since I've submitted my application.

Usually it's because they get correspondence from them in some regard, whether its an unofficial email saying something is wrong/needs to be clarified, a phone call, or an official email asking for docs or interview. I stated that I had my CO assigned when we first had a form 80 requested 2 weeks after submitting the application, but ultimately it meant nothing and my case wasn't picked up again until they were ready to grant, and it was a totally different person. Many have submitted everything before requests and their application suddenly goes from just 'application received' to 'finalised' without any word from the department one day, and the only email they ever get from a case officer is a grant.

In our case, we were requested to submit a form 80 which moscow embassy requests every time now yet other embassies rarely request, and the second information requested was the hardcopy police check sent to the embassy which again is a common thing for moscow to do but uncommon for other embassies to do, so you shouldn't worry that I have received a lot of correspondence and you haven't even though we pretty much lodged at the same time, it's just due to the embassy I lodged at. Another reason to believe you won't be receiving any requests from them is because you've already submitted your police check and medicals.

Hi kashifnaz, Have you live together for over 12 months? I understand that both of you have a child, is that correct? This could facilitate her entry. But I'm not too sure how this works.

The question is; after 2 years of 309 grant, how do you get the 100 application started.

We will be looking at that in April 2018. So not sure yet.

I am confused. Who was the 309 lodged for? Your wife? If it is her application you b are talking about then she had been eligible for PR since August 2015. Did you not get an email about this? You need to submit the docs for PR showing that you are still genuine. There is no fee.

Just joining in on the waiting here. We applied for my husband's 309 / 100 visa offshore in Seoul last week (Sept 2), and are getting medical checks done this month.

Been married since 2008 with 2 kids and another due in November. Hoping for a smooth and quick process!

I am getting following error while filling sponsorship online application:

"The related application details provided cannot be verified, check the details and amend if necessary. The applicant will not be able to continue and should review the eligibility information on our website."

which means that my partner must submit her application and pay the fees, after which I can proceed further with my sponsorship application.

I just want to know which things they ask for in this online application, do somebody have saved snapshots of questions asked by sponsor of online application? If someone have them, please share.
