Thanks

We did a one week trip to Vanuatu (no visa required) to do the leave and activate the new visa requirement. She came to Oz on a 12 month visitor visa while waiting for rhe PMV 300. Same rule as the 309.

Hi there! I've applied for PMV 300 on 30 Sept 16 and of course didn't hear anything yet, which I'm not expecting until next 4-5 months. I'm from Mauritius but apparently it will be processed through South Africa office given that Family Visa is not processed in Mauritius. Worst is that SA does the processing in 15 months (hopefully it's 'within' 15 months)

Hey mate! Heard from another person on this forum that his partner from China heard back from the relevant department, after 12 months, that the processing time has increased from 12 to 15! (you saw it right, they heard back after 12 months, though they using agent!!) I've applied for PMV 300 on 30 Sept 16 and South Africa processes this visa in 15 months too!

Yea, should be patient. Btw, I made a mistake above, they were told it has been increased from 12 to 18 months (not from 12 to 15 months!)...Jeez!!

OMG! I hope this timeline would be only for China! I guess there are more Chinese applicants than any other country together!

You might get lucky. There were 3 applicants from Central and South America processed within 6 and 8 months just now in October/November, one of them was from Brazil as well.

I hope you right! Wish me luck! Where did you see this information? I have been looking for applicants from Brasil but haven't found any so far!
Wouldn't be nice to have a visa granted by Christmas?!
