Hi, really hoping someone can help me.
We applied for the 309/100 in June 2014. We got the 309 in march 2015. We were eligible for the 100 in June 2016 and submitted all the required paperwork. Does anyone know what month of applications are being processed at the moment? I don't want to wait any longer it's killing me
Partner is from a low risk country if that makes any difference.
Ps I have looked at the processing times but they have a massive range.

Also can anyone tell me what happens in the final stage when they process the 100? Do they interview you or what? Just grant it if you've provided all info?

I have seen 2 others that were eligible in June 16 on this forum and they are still waiting too.

There is also someone who is with a March eligibility date I think (I can't remember if March or May) and they haven't been granted yet either.

Unfortunately all you can do is wait.

Imterviews are only when they have doubts about the relationship.

If they have enough evidence they will grant the visa if they require more then they will ask. Alot of people get the grant without ever hearing from the case officer.

Thanks Mish, appreciated.
Hopefully someone who has recently been granted can say what their eligibility date was to give an idea of where they're at

We both have the same eligibility date. I'm also June 2016 but early in the month.

Unfortunately, I am still waiting as well.

There is a 100 waiting thread but unfortunately there are more waiting for 801's than 100's. You can look through the waiting thread and see. From memory I thought they were around Feb/March/April.

I will PM the one I know of who has a March eligibility date and let you know if they are still waiting but I think they are holidaying overseas at the moment.

All - we are also applying from the US and hit 10 months of waiting 9 days ago. We applied on August 8, 2016. Married 21 years. We received an additional information request on May 20, 2017 for a copy of my drivers license, and now the sponsor part of our application shows as approved. No word since. We submitted everything upfront including medical and police clearance. No case officer has been assigned. Fingers crossed we hear something soon. I'm really curious what is going on in the US to make the wait so long. Has anyone heard of anyone other than Cutex getting approval recently in the US? That one gave us hope but haven't heard of any others since.

Panda,

We applied on August 9, 2016 from the US. We were asked for additional information on May 12, 2017. I think the person requesting additional information is your CO. I have seen two other US applicants who submitted in August and September have similar results/timing as us. I hope this means we are right on track and will probably be granted the visa soon (11 month period).
