175 Visa

Hi,

I am currently already holding a PR visa and my partner is planning to apply for a Independent Skilled Migration visa (subclass 175).

The online application requires my partner to put my details in and it automatically assumes that I am part of the application.

How should I exclude myself and not be part of the application?

Thank you in advance.

On the application form 1276 you'll see at question 22 it is asked if your partner is immigrating with you etc. and for details.

You could put in there that you are or are not immigrating together but that you already have your own PR visa.
If he is doing an online application, I expect there will be a similar question and provision somewhere to explain, often a section near rear where additional info can be provided for any questions.
