Skill Assessment - Australia Computer Society

Hi All,

Anyone can help me how we do the assessment for ACS?
I found many aplication under ACS website and confusing about which application should be pay for skill assessment.
And also, I confused about the FormPASA2.0(RecognitionofPriorLearning)_Sections2-4 and key areas of knowledge using for.
What kind of document I must build for this assessment, essay or what ?
