I could even meet her up but I fear she might be from the Southern par which is Cebu or Davao but I am from the NCR.I could give her tips in preparing the statutory declarations she will write and that from her relatives which you will need as part of the documentation.

That is simply not true.

My Thai wife and I were married instead of going the PMV method. We did not live together for 6 months after this. My migration agent is extremely competent and would not have advised this were it impossible.

You must however prove that the marriage is legit and genuine.
