fiancee visa

Would appreciate it if you can answer a few questions of mine

We submitted our application first week of january and received an acknowledgment letter after a few days and I do check the website every now and then. I think mid february they're done processing documents submitted january. March came and I haven't received any email from a case officer. So, i sent an email to the Aus Embassy and they said that it's being assessed and I will hear from my CO soon. Unfortunately, until now no news yet.

The questions are...

1. Is it possible you get approved without hearing from a CO?
2. How would you know if you've got the visa? Will they call or email you?

Hope to hear from you.

Thanks much.

Simple answers are:

1, To have a visa granted without hearing from a CO is not common but it is possible. One of the conditions would be submitting an absolute complete application.

2, When a visa is granted, you might get a phone call, an email and certainly a letter to confirm the granting of your visa and the relavant information about the visa.

oh, that's great! thank you very much.

I'm so worried not hearing from a CO and it's been ages... the good thing is I'm positive that we have submitted complete documents.
