Company refuse to do ENS

Hi, I am on 457 visa since september 2008
but my employer is not giving me the minimum salary level
besides they refuse to provide ENS for me.
I cant find another sponsor as it is not so easy unless I am extraordinary skilled.
Please advise..

First of all, if the company is breaking the law, you could decide to report that to the authorities and you may be eligible to have them may restitution though it could also mean the end of their sponsorship.
Any company sponsorship including ENS is optional.
As for other sponsorship, all you can do is keep searching and if none is available and your existing sponsorship ceases, your temporary residency will come to an end.

Thanks for your reply. I dont want to take any action against my company coz end of the day it is my job. If I loose then I have to leave Australia. I have then no choice without looking for another sponsor which is a mission Impossible!!!
