1. I don't think a lawyer can translate copies, only translators can do that. They need to be certified in your country, according to greek standards.

2. Your high school certificates and passports should be sufficient, if not, they will contact you and ask for further evidence.

3. Just put down "0". It states on the Berlin website:I f your children are Australian citizens, we do not consider them as migrating, even though they may be travelling with you. Please declare all dependents in the application form 47SP, including your children holding Australian citizenship.

4. For this one, refer to the booklet, maybe include some pictures of you, cards addressed to both of you etc. Maybe you also have a lease together, joint property and so on.
Berlin is a bit of a special case, you do not have to submit the statuary declarations by friends and relatives unless they ask you to do so: "Please do not provide Statutory Declarations to our office unless asked to do so by your case officer after lodgement of your application." The have the "do not" written in bold, so i reckon they are very serious about it :-)

Wanderer thanks for your reply, I will ring the Berlin office and ask them, whatever answers I get I will post them, I`m so confused because and my time is running out.
