Priority Processing

Can anyone give me some idea about Priority Processing ? I applied for WA state sponsorship on Dec'10 and recieved their approval letter on Feb'11. I have applied for PR to DIAC with WA sponsorship. In which class of Priority Processing will my application be considered ? Thanks

If it is sponsorship for an occupation on their State Migration Plan and you have applied for the SMP176 visa, it will have a priority level #2.

Thanks Wanderer. My one is Skilled Sponsored(Class VE, Subclass 176). My occupation (Civil Engineer 233211) is on the SMP. So it will have a priority level#2, right ? Any idea when the CO will be assigned ? Thanks again

That can vary for many different reasons but it should not be too long or not at all for if you have supplied all documents required, it is not unknown for visas to be granted without contact from a CO.

Hi.

I received my SA state sponsorship last March 2011. I am considered as an off-list as my profession (retail pharmacist) is not included on SA State Migration Plan.

Another thing is that my profession is not also included on SOL-3.

So to what priority I am in? I hope someone can help me about this.

Thanks!
