119 visa

Hi I am on a student visa(572) on 8 feb 2010 pursuing my Diploma of community welfare work.I completed my Diploma on november 2010 and my course in not on the current SOL. I applied for my temporary residency on feb 2011. I am looking for the best option to apply for permanent residency. I am looking in to RSMS scheme. Am I eligible to apply for permanent residency under RSMS(Offshore 119 Visa). What are the requirements do I need to meet. Does my employer need to sponspor me or I just need a 2 year employment contract letter from my employer and how long do I need to work with that employer. Thank you
