Exclamation Visa Subclass 136 help needed

Hi moderators and forumers,
glad that you are reading my thread to try your best to answer my question and clear my doubt.

I have a relative (my dad's elder brother) who need advice and help in his situation. Hopefully all of you would able to help

Here's his situation :
He is a husband of my aunt and father of 4 children. He had a permanent visa grant (Subclass 136) on May 2007. And just recently, he decided to migrate to Australia and successfully migrate to Australia on Jan 2011. However, problem arise when he had to come back to Singapore (where he live before migrate) due to company issue and unable to go back to Australia only until he retire in year 2015. (unless he resign the job and find a job in Australia, which is not possible because is not easy for him to get a job in Australia, and his family is depend on him for the income)

1st problem he realised is that he and his family will not able to meet the 2 years requirement in order to apply for the Resident Return Visa (subclass 155) because the visa will expire on May 2012. To his understanding is that he and his family will able to continue to live in Australia and his status as permanent visa will not expire unless they leave Australia without the RRV, is his understanding correct?

2nd, is he and his family able to apply for the RRV after he has live for 2 years (after Jan 2013)? Or it will be harder to apply for it?

3rd, he (my uncle who is the main applicant), will not be able to maintain his permanent visa is obvious. However, will that affect his wife and his children in Australia? Will they lost the permanent visa too if he lost his?

4th, will my uncle able to apply for either partner or parent migration after he retire from the job he had in Singapore at year 2015 in order to get permanent visa in Australia?

Hope you all will able to assist my uncle in this situation.
He really need help and advice.

Thanks and really appreciate your time
