Swtiched Jobs and Country, now how to update 'Form 1022'?

I have switched jobs and now I am working with a new company in a new country.
So as per the procedure I have to sent form 1022 to DIAC and update them about these changes.

I wanted to ask that what changes should I mention on the form; becuase I can only think of following 2 changes?
  • Address
  • Employer/Current Job

Correct me if I am wrong and add the one I have missed. Thanks.
