Exclamation Attempt to self apply for skilled migration as an IT/SAP/System Analyst?

Hi everyone

New to this forum. I need help as I'm attempting to apply for skilled migration to Australia, Melbourne if possible as an IT/SAP person from Malaysia.

My longest experience was in SAP ABAP working on program development and stuff. The rest involves testing roles and implementation.
The closest thing I'm aiming for is a System Analyst I guess.

Will that help in terms of having sufficient points for this application?
- I know ACS membership helps with the right words used in the referral letter written by your employers.
- IELTS should also be a minimum of 7 for each of the categories?
Is that right?
- Letter of good conduct. Is this required and if yes, where can I get this from?
- Certifying of documents and letters. Who can certify these? Lawyers? Government officers in Putraja? And how can we contact them for this? And how much would it cost?

Thanks. Really appreciate your help.
