Bridging B and assessment

If I have a bridging B, my application is not being assessed, right?
I have applied for bridging B last august and it has been expired last November. But, my visa is still bridging B. I don't know why my visa was not changed with bridging A. I heard my application is not being assessed because my visa is bridging B. Who anyone knows about it?
I am a participant of compressed Professional Year. Most of classmates have already granted their 485 or have been allocated CO. But, I haven't been allocated yet. I believe it is because my visa is bridging B.
