PROBLEM Sponsorship & workplace agreement

Hi this is my situation.
I am a cooker (holding the certificate III in Comm.Cookery)
My employer wants to sponsor me but in 2010 he lodged (submitted) a workplace (or business) agreement with the Government.
In this document for my position he indicated 20.00$ per hour.
He has nobody else working in the kitchen and he is expanding the business (double in size renting the next door shop) and he wants to pay me 26.00 p/h to reach the annual minimum of 47.000 dollars for the sponsor visa.

What I would like to know is if:
. he can change the agreement (only in that part that is concern of mine) maybe explaining the reason way of his business expansion
. if this will give me any problems with my visa application

I have already spoke with three differents migration agents and the answers are:
Yes you can
No you can not
Maybe you can
Please help me
