Slight change in job description

Hi All,

I applied for subclass 176 skilled sponsored visa in 2009...now this month I got request of medical and police report...but the problem is my job title has slightly been changed two months ago since my application was lodged...should I inform diac or just let it go...or do they verify it even after request of medical and police report...please advise???
