bachelor in electroncis and experience in networking


i am interested in australian immigration.. i have done Bachelor in electronics but i have experience in telecom and computer networks..i have done CCIE as well.. currently computer networking/network analyst is in state nominated occupation. i want to know whether ACS will consider my bachelor and certifciations for network analyst occupation because i had be taught computer related courses during bachelor or they straight away will reject my application..
