Name Spelling Change after submission to DIAC

Dear All;

I have an urgent question,I have two pattern of name spellings on my educational transcripts:

1-Hassan Rafiq S/O Rafiq Ahmad
2-Hassan Rafique S/O Rafique Ahmad

Whereas the name on my Passport is :Hassan Rafique.

I have submitted all these documents to DIAC when I have applied for GSM 176 VISA.

Now I have decided to synchronize my name spelling on all educational transcripts with my passport,likewise I will get the name spellings changed to Hassan Rafique S/O Rafique Ahmad.

How shall I inform about this change to DIAC,and what will be the impact of the same?

Hi there,

You need to fill out a change of details form and send it to your case officer if you have one, or send it along with a letter to explain the situation to the office you lodged at.

Thanks a lot ! Should I inform DIAC before starting the process or after I got the said process completed?
