help migration spouse visa

Hi all,
Can any one help us I am an English citizen and have applied for
a spouse visa back in August last year 2010 but now have got my
answer back which is not good as have been declined because
we have not filled all the documents they required because we both
are financial broke as my company is hard as recession so I have
been doing harvesting work out in the fields at night to bring in some
money as my partner can not work due to accident at her work. They
never sent nothing to me via post just email which I have only just found
and to go to tribunal it might be to late as only have 7 days left. What
are my options if any one could tell me?can I pay another $2500 to
reply if can get money from family? or do i simply pack up and leave
my beautiful fiancee here in Australia which will be heart breaking for
us all.any help please

I'm sorry to hear about the refusal, but there is hope. You definitely should apply for a review at the tribunal. You have 7 days left to submit an request, but once you have submitted it, you will be allocated a hearing date. This will allow you to gather more documents if needed and prepare your case.

Look at the MRT sitcky at the top of this forum for more advice from people who have gone through it.

I was just wondering what documents you didn't fill in that made them decide to decline your application?

If it was for financial reasons, did you not get the option of getting an Assurance of Support (AoS)?
