One thing I remember reading in the partner booklet is that DIBP said that statements alone from family and friends is not enough to prove a genuine relationship.

Can your partners employer write a stat dec saying that you have lived there from a certain date? Though I am not sure how much weight DIBP will put on that.

Provide his statement and highlight the transactions when you have used the card.

I really do think you should consult with a registered agent and they can tell you if you have enough. I highly recommend the ones on this board. You can consult with them via Skype too.

Also there is an excellent thread here about evidence for de facto relationships have a look at that and it will give you some out of the box ideas.

I am on my mobile so can't link to it.

Some ideas were joint ebay and pay pal account and then you will get joint mail together.

If you go to the movies both get a cinnibuzz cards and show them screen shots of both accounts.

The problem is establishing when you first startes living together.

May post in Ask Mark and ask him what you can do to prove 12 months when you can't register the relationship and the lease and electricity etc are in your partners company's name. Also mention no joint mail or bank account. He may be able to help.

Just post in the thread called "Ask Mark" and post a message.

Cinnibuzz is for movies.

It shows you doing social things together. Won't help with the de facto requirements of living together for 12 months but will help in regards to the social aspect.

You really should read the partner booklet as if you don't submit evidence for all 4 categories you will be looking at a rejection.
