Welcome and cobgrats on the baby

Firstly, is your spouse an Australian citizen or permanent resident? If so you can apply for a spouse visa (309 offshore).

Read the partner booklet: https://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1127.pdf

After you have read that come back and ask any specific questions you have and we can help you .

Also note it is very unlikely that you will have the visa before the baby is born. Most places are taking at least 8 months (there are a few that take less but that is very rare).

Good luck
